Work is progressing rapidly at 10 Howe Street, Howick. Following successful site excavation and drainage layouts, the carpentry team has officially commenced framing.
The structural timber and steel portals are being erected, giving a first physical glimpse of the multi-level townhouse layout. High-quality treated timber is being used throughout to ensure premium durability.
Next phase: Mid-floor installs and roof framing are scheduled for the coming weeks.
